For the last week, the devastation following the earthquake in Haiti has been at the top of our minds.
I was browsing one of my favorite blogs yesterday when I ran across a great idea, and immediately thought to myself, “What a great way to get involved in the relief effort”.
If you’d like to join me, click the photo above to donate via UNICEF.
Or…
Post your comments and tell me what you would do for a job if you could do anything in the world.
If you could be doing anything you wanted to do (because you loved doing it), and you got compensated extremely well, what would you be doing?
I’ll then kick in $5 per comment, up to $2,000.00 to help the children in Haiti.
When I saw this done on the blog I was visiting, I was amazed by all the comments that were posted.
I’m betting that we can get the same kind of response here.
And when we do, the children of Haiti will thank us.
Dedicated to your success,
Kevin Thompson
“The Automatic Income Coach”
P.S. Tell everyone you know about this project. I want to be able to write a $2,000.00 check for the children of Haiti.

If I could have any job in the world, I would want to be a successful Voice Over Artist. I recently started this venture, but have not yet been very financially successful with it. I would love to be able to sustain my family and our needs and a few wants; and also be able to help others (like the Haitians) in need.
Traveling the world doing my “Natural Impressions” photography.

hello..I believe what we are witnessing in Haiti is the beginning of a new era. How
inspiring it is to hear that Haitians wake up every morning and see their entire world devasted, yet they are singing Amazing Grace! Many local individuals here in Maine are doing their part to help. What could we do in America if everyone stopped complaining and pitched in to help their neighbors? We never have to look far to see suffering, but let’s line up the doers, myself included, plug them in and set the world on its’ heels.
I would be a photographer..not a witness or a voyeur, but armed with a cell phone and a laptop, I would co-ordinate real helpers…and there are many unsung heroes you never read about..with real people who need the help TODAY.
I am a humanitarian person . I would and I will take care of the street children all over the world. Those invisible children that get food from garbage ,sleep on the floors, and die on the streets……Those childres that easy prey for all kind of inhuman abuses…..
There are no words to describe what those people must be feeling – I send my good thoughts, prayers and donation in hopes that it will help ease some suffering.
Sorry Kevin, but I don’t get this question.
“what you would do for a job if you could do anything in the world”
Is this what you mean: What would I do to get a job if I could do anything in the world? Because if this is what you mean, this is a nonsense: if I could do anything in the world, I shouldn’t strive to get a job, should I?
Hi Kevin, Thanks for the information, I just want to let you know, I live in Canada to be exact in Ottawa, ca. I also want to tell you that my husband has been a life long member of The International Lions Club, and we are working with the International people in the US to ensure there is a appreciable sum of money given from the Canadian International Clubs which will go through the US to Haiti. I am also a Lionette and we help the men in our groups to collect monies from wherever possible. This is just one great thing the Lions International do for for Communities all over various
world countries, including Canada of course where we live.

Thanks for posting this, Kevin. It’s a really tough thing that has happened in Haiti, but the good news is that people are helping. One person to another, we can each make the world a little bit better every day.
-Wally
About re building Haiti, wood houses is the solution, forget about concreta and brick!!!
I’m doing the job I want to do at this time in my life. I wish I had more money (which is happening) to do it better. I help small businesses grow their business using proper direct response marketing.
I would continue my career as a life insurance agent – I am proud to help families improve their circumstances and plan their legacies for those who come after them.
I wouldn’t want a JOB. I am an entrepreneur and that’s all I can ever be. Working for somebody is not fulfilling to me, and I don’t think it gives real wealth and freedom.
Thanks for all you do on behalf of the underpriviledged.
Keep on giving.
Hey Kevin! real nice job your doing! This poor poor country need alot of help, But I was on Linkedin and red that this country already have recieved 800 million, You know most of that came from the states, We are doing what we can!
Eventually I got your question. I don’t have a name for the job I’d like to do, but I’d like to be able to turn people’s life toward the GOOD, save them from their bad cravings, bad habits and bad thoughts and emerge them into light, love and good health.
Hi Kevin this is a great exercise to get people to dream big or start dreaming again. you really can do what ever you want to if you remove your limiting belief system (we all create them) and become your bigger self.
I would (am) creating a system of income that allows me to not have to spend all my time directly involved in the daily operation of it.This can and is done by many people all over the country.the rest of my time is spent with my family doing philanthropic endeavors traveling living well and playing with my grandson
Hey Kevin, If I could do anything in the world, I would do exactly what I am doing right now. I am in the process of building a website with you as my coach and meeting great, like minded people. I am growing into what I have always known I could be and contributing my special colors of the rainbow to the mix of life. Thanks for helping me do that. You’re an awesome coach and a great inspiration.
I’d be teaching qigong, particularly with cancer patients or those with chronic, “incurable” illnesses. I’d be playing with my boys, writing, photographing, and playing music.
Bless you, Kevin, for making this generous offer to support the people of Haiti. The internet has made this “disaster” an opportunity for profound love and support to pour into Haiti. The whole world is now our “neighbor” via the internet.
your doing a great thing here
Well, I’ve just started my ultimate dream and that is to make documentary films! All the pieces have come together in some really cool ways. Thanks Kevin, for donating to the people of Haiti. We are all connected and it is our responsibility to be their for our fellow citizens of the world.
To tell the truth, if I could do anything in the world, I would be a full-time grandmother, both to my own grandchildren and to children in my neighborhood whose grandparents live far away, so they miss out on having that special grandmother relationship on an ongoing basis. I guess I am just not very ambitious. And there is nothing that is so much fun for me as being with kids (of all ages).
I would work advising governments of the world how to properly take care of their people, animals and environments.
Kevin,
Go for it! Thanks for sharing! Thanks for inspiring me to own my voice.
My ideal job would be to teach people how to access their best lives possible through the practice of spiritual (not religious) tenents and then use those tenents and our growing congregation of spiritual leaders to create helpful projects such as orphanges, community service, sustainability projects, etc for both third world countries and areas in our developed country that are suffering- without trying to convert them to christianity or our religion but by helping them see their God in themselves, others and the world around them and giving them the tools they need to continue promote this vision in their own communities..
I am a freelance artist, supplementing my income with various part time jobs. If I could do anything I wanted, it would be to be able to paint whenever and whatever I wanted. To be able to travel anywhere in the world, have enough money to enjoy it, and return home to paint my impressions of those beautiful places. Selling those paintings at good prices would be icing on the cake!
Kevin, Thanks for doing your bit and help heal the world. I am more a spiritual person so Job wise I would encourage people to accept the truth as it is. I know you are going to say I am outrageous, but Haiti’s catastrophe is about understanding how little control we have over anything but only how much we care!!
I would love to learn and then teach others how to release all the limiting beliefs that prevent them from living their life purpose and leading abundant lives.
If I could be doing anything and getting compensated extremely well for it, I’d be reforming the education system to make school fun and valuable to kids. Making it more tedious and difficult hasn’t inspired many to believe in their dreams and know that they can do anything.
What would I like to do ? Work at discovering a new energy source that would be available to all, inexpensive, non-polluting and unconnected to carbon fuels.
Shooting Photos and making films. Representing feelings, emotions, real life situations, love …
My vision is huge. My passion is to stop animal abuse, neglect, testing, etc. If I could, I would open animal shelters all over the country and hopefully beyond that. Shelters that are comfortable and where they animals aren’t confined to a cage all day. They would each be staffed with vets, trainers, & 24/7 techs. They would have at least an acre of land for the animals to run and play everyday. The animals would be prepared for adoption, but have a permanent happy home if not adopted. This would be a no kill facility and no animal would be turned away because there’s SO MUCH ROOM & HELP AVAILABLE FOR THEM. I would open some kind of passive income business to fund each shelter… like storage facilities. I just need to become a billionaire so I can make it happen!!
Hi Kevin,
So glad to see other marketers using our talents to help those in Haiti.
I’m currently living my dream as we speak which is helping others to realize their goals and dreams within their business.
You know the old Zig Ziglar quote..well it’s 100% true!
Thanks again Kevin for what you are doing here
That has always been easy for me. I was a volunteer with the American Red Cross Disaster Mental Health team for years. I think being a mental health worker in which I didn’t have to document a note, bill for a fee, and not worried about being suied I would do that. I worked in New Jersey and New York during the 9/11 incident. We connected with families and then went with them to the actual site. Ground Zero. I then stayed with them for the day until they were ready to leave. What an experience in resilance. People had amazing stories of pain and recovery.
I love marketing. I’d love to get paid teaching people AND DOING MARKETING.
I understand that your business, no matter HOW GOOD??? can’t, won’t, will not
SUCCEED without promoting it EFFECTIVELY!
I’d love to teach other ALL of the MOST powerful ways to grow their
business. To teach people how to fish, so they can learn how to
reach thousand of prospects monthly and turn those eyeballs into cash!
That is my dream business! God bless Haiti! Let us all PRAY for every
man, woman, child who has suffered great loss. Keep HOPE alive for THEM!
Hi Kevin, I don’t have a job. Hope to start making making on the internet. This earthquake has been a real wakeup call for everyone. Haiti has been one of the poorest countries for years and years.Maybe now people will help these people help themselves. they need all kinds of education and provisions. Hopefully we can come together and make some big changes they need to grow and get a decent life. Hoping for the best out of all the bad.
Pat
I would adjust 100 people a day.
I have been looking into a coffee plantation in Costa Rica. Kevin, way to go with this outstanding use of your network and resources.
Already own my own business and enjoy helping people. Would like to become a Red Cross volunteer and actually show up in Haiti and help in a hands-on way. Already sent my own donation and glad to see you’re doing the same Kevin!
What would I do? I would take care of my family – not just those that God entrusted to my wife and me – but to all that cross my path – as God wants all of us to do.It all starts with the children. Thank you for what you are doing.
I am deeply touched by your email and the opportunity to be a part of your process. I am doing what I love to do as the Universe was kind enough to bring me the experiences and understanding to help myself and others evolve our consicousness to higher states of awareness as we transform what is in our lives to an ever expanding experience of all that is. Really Fun Stuff! Remote Viewing is the gift I was given and as I develop this intuitive gift and help others do the same…amazing exquisite moments spontaneously evolve and here were are enjoying and sharing with the precious people in Haiti. Thanks for sharing this opportunity!
Isn’t it incredible how people come together to help others in a time of major crisis? Humans aren’t all bad
My ‘job’ is to help people improve everyday life. People are always willing to lend a helping hand if they can when someone else is in trouble, but they seem to think it’s too difficult to give themselves a helping hand and live a healthier, happier life. I want to show them how easy it is to leave the toxic life behind.
Hi Kevin
Keep up the good work. It’s hard to even imagine from here what those people are going through but we’re sending healing thoughts to them. Thanks
My ideal life’s work would be to start a foundation which would aid young adults that are transitioning out of foster care. They not only need a place to live and money to get started and sustain themselves, they also need emotional support. This type of support
can make a world of difference in our these young adults will be successful in this world.
Thank you for all that you do.
thanks kevin for helping others in need.to be finanicalyfree,to be able to help others become financialy free.to help others in the usa.
Glad to see all people on this site supporting Haiti, somebody has put it right: light and cheaper materials would be better.
Education and better government would be needed. Perhaps administration of the island by the UN. Other way it seems like a never ending story.
With corruption and money, how can you be sure your donation will go to those who need help? Let’s stop the bs and do whats right for humanity! This is the 21st century, and we are living like it was in the 30’s. We want to care, but our lives are more important than worring about someone else. Then who would take care of me. Whos job is it to feed the hungry?
Kevin thanks for doing a great thing, the people need the support more than ever now that they had a second major earthquake yesterday.
May God bless you
I would be helping people realize and acheive their full potential. This would be done by showing them how to heal all aspects of their life.
What would I do? I am an entrepreneur and would have multiple businesses not working for anyone but myself. A jewelry business, an anime business, a costume business, etc. Problem is there are too many wonderful things out there for us to do!
What a great way for us all to unite our energies and help Haiti!
Thank you for creating another way for help to show itself and to unite all of us in our intentions to create change for the better.
You Rock!!
a horticulturist in Hawaii
” Humans are at their best when things are at their worst” a very accurate quote from “When the Earth Stood Still” I believe that Haiti will come out of this devastating tragedy a better place and could possibly be their turning point for a country that was not doing very well even before the Earthquake. With this in mind, It is very important to begin to think about how prepared we are when we get the big one in California. Societies that deal with poverty starvation and struggle on a daily basis will do better in a natural disaster than those societies that have less poverty and struggle less with basic necessities of life. For now and the near future we need to help out brothers and sisters in Haiti. As time passes we need to learn from this tragedy and begin seriously looking at what is going to happen in LA when the big one hits.
How would I occupy my time if I could do anything? I would start by getting a phd in sociology (currently I’m a BS engineering project manager, then would learn to sail and spend 3 years in the mediterranean on my sailboat (with wife) writing about human nature, culture, and civilization. Then I would establish a business to enable small scale alternative energy developments that would assist impoverished community’s economic development.
I have a passion for helping other people as long as they want to be helped. Not interested in spending time with those that want to stay still in life. I also have a passion and unique ability to inovate new systems and ideas and improve existing ones. As a successful remodeling contractor, my focus would be to help others in this industry. Shortening their learning curve and increasing their chances of survival in this chalenging industry.
My heart is filled with compassion for the suffering of the people in Haiti. Thank you Kevin for your generousity. I wish that there was more I could do. I am sending love and healing energy. My perfect job would be as a life coach & alternative medicine health counselor. I am working towards achieving these goals.
Hi Kevin,
Thanks for all you are doing. I am in the water treatment business and would love to help with the water filtration needs in places like Haiti. Clean water will really change the health picture for poor people who don’t have it. Clean water is essential for life and I know part of the donation will buy much needed water.
Have a great day – Alan
I’d like to teach tolerance beginning at birth. It takes all different kinds of people to make the world go round if everyone were more accepting of the others differences we all just might learn something new. I’m sure what your doing is Greatly appreciated if everyone who had extra to give did there wouldn’t be any poverty.
This is great I wish we could all do more!!
Hi Kevin
I would kust like to be happy in whatever i do.. Your doing a great job helping the people in Haiti..Keep up the good work
I would be an entrepreneur helping people find the best exercise programs that would help them overcome:health, strenght, pain, andstress problems.
If I could do anything I wanted, I would travel and learn of life all over the world. Then I would return home, settle down with my husband and dogs, and do volunteer work in my community–probably using therapy dogs to visit and encourage the sick.
I would like to help people with their health and finances. My prayers go out to Haiti and know that it is a blessing that so many people are reaching out to them!
If I could do anything it would be to travel the world, learn about all the different cultures, and then share the knowledge with everyone.
TO BE A PHILANTHROPIST AND BUILD CHURCHES AND HOSPITALS TO HELP GODS PEOPLE
My ideal life’s work would be to start a foundation which would aid young adults that are transitioning out of foster care. They not only need a place to live and money to get started to sustain themselves, they also need emotional support. This type of support can make a world of difference in how they make their way in this world and be successful. Their success can help others know that they can make it as well.
Thanks Kevin for all you are doing. God bless the people in Haiti.
I really appreciate you doing that because I was born and raised in Haiti. I have walked those streets where the earthquake and the aftershocks mostly impacted. Most of my family members are okay except for two cousins that I have lost in this tragedy. Kevin, this is a great thing you doing. I believe that you are doing is great because Haiti really needs it right now. I really want to get involved in this business to make a difference in my Haitian community.
Right On Kevin! Love where your Heart’s at. I have the greatest job in the world. I work for God, his name is Jesus. The pay is not always great but, my needs are always met. Bills food, everything. I have no worries. I Trust in Him. Even better is the Retirement plan, nothing can possibly compare. Except for, My Lord God Jesus Christ Himself, and His Love, He is the only one who makes this Gift available to us. Only through Him can we have it. Do You Know Jesus? Gosh, I hope so. With out him we are lost.
Dear Kevin,
Thanks for helping out those needy kids in Haiti. I’m convinced it will do much good. Doing good is also what I would like to do if I could have any job in the world. I would like to be a DRA or Dream Realisation Assistant, helping people realise their dreams as the name implies. I’m setting up my website as we speak so who knows, perhaps in a while I can make my own dream come true.
Keep up the good work and take care,
Lilian
Excellent idea!! They need our help so badly – especially the children!
Good thing you are doing here…Good Luck…!
Item #2: How do we start a anti-Mike Glaspie and Rachel Long movement.
I think the people that are making their livings from internet marketing need to shoulder the responsibility of exposing the business practices of those whose online behavior is raising some eyebrows…to put it mildly. I think that everyone with something to lose (like me)and that DO conduct themselves with a keen sense of business and personal ethics can be motivated to create a check and balance system that can work to curtail unacceptable business practices – if we do not marshall ourselves you can bet your bottom dollar that the Federal Government will…
I have had a number of long conversations with the PayPal reps and I can assure everyone that they are aware of just how serious online business fraud has become…PayPal does not want to lose the provebial “goose that laid the golden egg” anymore than we do…so, you being the wise sage…direct us – your minions…!!
Barry Biscoe
I would love to be involved in designing alternative energy uses (i.e. home electricity vecliel and entertainment) thanks for all you are doing Kevin
Your first email came in at 4am and i was sleeping!! If a comment is all it takes for someone to donate $5 then I’m happy to do it. Seeing people being pulled out of the collapsed buildings after 6 days has been like watching miracles take place before my eyes. My hope is that the people in Haiti will enjoy a better standard of living in the future due to the aid and focus of the world. My life is pure joy, not because of what I have or what I do but what I think, and that is my wish for everyone.
I’d be running a dog rescue and helping catch and prosecute people who fight and abuse animals.
Hi, still working on getting the website up. Life keeps sending me speed bumps! Now mom had knee surgery!!! Anyway, my dream is to get some websites up, the primary one educating people on the proper care for dogs. Once I’m able to live off the websites, set up a foundation for the dogs living on the streets in Window Rock, AZ. Then I’d do some traveling!! But the work would be about taking care of the dogs!
Just got home and saw your email. Hope you get a lot of posts.
I will be training and coaching athletes of all ages to be the best they can be in their chosen sport or activity.
JOB? Energy flows in and out. Do you mean doing what brings JOY to my heart? Changes all the time. What drives me?, love, goals? Expand that love.
Thank you Kevin for your part!!
Thank you Kevin! You are the light!
If I could do anything, I would continue doing what I love to do which is being a Psychic Reader and a Motivational and Wellness Coach during which I nudge each person to BE THE BEST YOU THAT YOU CAN BE! We have so much more potential for greatness in each one of us! God Bless You Kevin and all of the people in Haiti.
I would film documentaries of smiling, playful children from all over the world who find a way to survive and even thrive under harsh, dire circumstances. Children are our hope for world for a world free of poverty and full of happiness.
Hi Kevin. If I could do anything I would be matching people with other people, not as a match maker, but so elders could stay in their homes, families could have an extended family, animals could have a place to live too. Animals help us so much. I have been collecting bottles and saving for a house. I started in November as of yesterday I have $92.85 Cdn. I’ll make it 100 and donate it next week. Maybe someone could match it. Thanks for doing this .
May God bless you and your family. I will continue to pray for the families and orphans in Haiti.
I would like my job to be overseeing an enterprise that produced an abundance of “automatic income.”
Thanks for your contributions to those in need in Haiti and beyond.
I wouldn’t have a job! I would have my own business and be very successful at it so that I could spend my time volunteering and also inspiring others.
Thank you for doing this Kevin. You’re wonderful.
Thank you for trying to help. I wish more were helping Haiti before this disaster.
It is a devastating situation, yet there is a strong people in the country.
My heart skipped a beat, I think, when I read the account of a Haitian Sister
who was trapped beneath rubble for nearly a week. She said she and the priest,
also trapped, talked off and on, but that he went silent…”and I knew that
it was just me and my Boss.” And she prayed on and was rescued.
My ‘job’ – and I would love to be free and need no money – would be to work
with Samaritan’s Purse to bring practical care and God’s practical love to
people in ravaged areas.
My husband are currently beginning to do what we want to do forever. We are using the wonderful principles of success in our own lives and teaching other how to do the same in theirs along the way. We will also speak about optimal health and how to have a successful marriage and family.
Bless and serve others through my networking business.
Hi Kevin, Had to comment, this is great! I am a Chiropractor now and run my office low budget-overhead, just-me-all-cash. Would love to expand to serve more…..love what I do this is my ministry.
I would like to do surgical tours. Where people can go to other countries and get, dental, cosmetic, and other surgical procedures done at a much lower cost, with still high standards and quality care with the latest technology. I would travel 4-6 x’s a year, like group tours and assist them with questions, accommodations and make sure everything is right for them. Or…Help others through spiritual, metaphysical work to overcome their self doubts, empower them to understand and see beyond the physical, that our energies can make a difference and change the world for the better.
If I could do the thing I love most it would be to help bring people back to health using the medical and pharmaceutical knowledge that I have -but to be able to do it freely (ie not having to charge anyone for the service)
My wife and I are in the adoption process long before the earthquake. We are anxious to have a little one running around!!!
I love travelling the world and doing humanitarian work which benefits people and animals.
My dream is to create comfortable casual fashions for today’s mature woman. Pleasing classic designs that flatter the mature figure. Mix and match co-ordinates…that make you feel like a million bucks. Then I would build a foundation to support the millions of starving and underprivileged babies born in the US and strive for programs in communities and schools…that guide children to having a healthier and happier relationship with themselves, their families and their future.
I would like to become financially independent via internet marketing–hasn’t happened yet, but plugging away, now if life would just quit getting in my way…lol!
THEN, I would love to be able to spend time and money, helping victims of domestic violence, especially the kids. DV is a generational cycle issue, some 70% of children who are abused, grow up to be abusers or victims of abuse. The cycle is best broken while they are still young. I would want to be a big player in helping eliminate domestic violence in this country!
God Bless You, Kevin, for this wonderful thing you’re doing for these children.
One of the worst disasters in history, visited on one of the poorest nations in the world. Many of these people suffered horribly, even before the earthquake. I hope that this terrible catastrophe will ultimately provide some good in this country, by changing the old things that caused many of their miseries….political, economic, spiritual and many other issues.
I would first of all create a product and/or products that would keep me young and healthy until I could do all the things I love as work. There are far too many to choose just one.
Hi Kevin,
What you’re doing here for the devastated people of Haiti is very cool.
As to what I would be doing if I could do any job in the world, I would keep doing exactly what I am doing. Internet marketing.
I would be doing what I am doing now – improving quality of the lives of thousands of people through chiropractic care, nutritional healing, and wellness education.
Thanks for your work for the people of Haiti!
Great you see you do this we have given twice by credit card and a check at my church sunday.
Hi Kevin – There are theories that events like the one in Haiti, the tsunami a few years ago and other devastating natural disasters are a result of all the negative energy in the world today. Since everything is energy and is all connected, if I could do anything (and I wouldn’t consider it a job)it would be to assist individuals, corporations and nations to raise their consciousness and level of awareness to see the interconnectedness of everyone and everything, every thought and every action, and to know the divine love in each of us. With enough people at least making an effort in this direction, we could change the world. Thank you for this opportunity to help the people of Haiti.
Keep it up every little helps we have done the same.
HI kevin,
This is a great idea you are doing, and you will be greatly rewarded. The job i would like is to be a millionaire and enjoy spending the money helping people.
Kevin
Great job that your doing. Proud to be part of your team. As for the best job in the world, I will make my IM Business sucessful and then be able to help people as much as I am able to help.
I would teach alternative methods for health and healing, including qigong. These practices give the “patient” an active role in his/her own healing, and they don’t have the sorts of side effects that pharmaceuticals do. Thank you, Kevin, for your donations for the Haitian children.
Hey! good idea, I’m sure we all will try to help in some way, financially & our prayers.
If I had full freedom I would enhance the development of high energy lithium batteries as a substitute for fossil based fuels used in combustion engines. This would also dramatically reduce the usage of the standard “black gold” commonly referred to as oil which would then entail simultanous reduction of the famous green house effect
This is a pretty simple thing to do for $5 for those people in Haiti. Thank you.
I would love to write novels in the woods, like Thoreau. Wouldn’t that be cool? If I got lonely, I would take a bus trip to the Atlantic City casinos for some fun.
I’m doing what I love and that is creating my own fabric art and encouraging others in their own creativity. What a lovely thing it is too. Blessings on your generous heart.
I would race Formula One cars and help people in my spare time.
I would be the next Jacques Cousteau. I’ve always loved the oceans, feel comfortable in and around them, and love to scuba dive.
Thanks, Kevin, for this philanthropic gesture.
If I could do any job in the world? Actor. WORKING actor. HIGHLY PAID working actor!
I am doing exactly what I love right now, raising my children and teaching people how to help heal themselves. I am working on creating the income from it. My life is amazing!
Kevin, thanks for doing this! I would love be a speaker and coach on brain health.
I would be in an area of need, helping children. As of now that of course would be Haiti.
A job is different from a calling. The perfect solution would be to earn a living from your calling. I’m still trying to figure mine out. In the meantime, I’ll do my job to the best of my ability and continue to work toward being a kind and loving presence in the lives of those who I am fortunate enough to cross paths.
I would be taking care of my family. I have a disabled mother-in-law, an aunt-in-law in a nursinig home for rehab to get strong enough to go home, and four grandsons with-in a 50 mile radius. I’d be going on mini-vacation trips with my husband and we’d both be retired. I’d be donating my time and efforts to the St. Anne’s Center where people in need in North Utah seek refuge and assistance.
I cannot complain about the job that I have I work for a great company and they take good care of me, however if I had the chance to do whatever I wanted it would have something to do with interior decorating or helping homeless people. Its a wonderful thing that you are doing for the people of Haiti.
I’d help people release their limiting beliefs and find their true nature to live and love abundantly in every sense of the word.
Thank you for your contribution! What a great idea. If I could do anything and make a bundle, I’d like to have my own investments in Triple Net lease properties. That would allow me to spend the time with my family and enjoy the nicest things in life.
Dear Kevin,
It’s along, long way from Tacoma to Boston. I find myself in Boston after, not one,
but 2, car trips and a single flight a
across the country. I continue reading the email you
send me, even though I am no longer a member.
Haiti’s people are near to my heart. My dear friend Mario Morriseau, married to my
daughter inlaw, was born in Haiti and has family there. Fortunately, all of his family members that he or his parents remember have reported that they a alive and making do.
Thank you for your donations to these people.
Sincerely,
Stephen Tuell
http://www.youedition2.com “Changing your mindset to explode your power as an adult.”
I would be a successful author of a book or two on grief, loss, devastation of a persons personal universe. I would be a speaker and educator for people who have had the experience of a devastating loss. Ultimately, I would have a place where I live for people to come to spend a weekend or a few days to process through their grief and mourning. Providing a safe place for them to tell the story… I have the book, I just have to find a way to publish it!
Kevin
I am doing what I love…I am an entrepreneur who is helping others so we can ALL make a difference.
Good Job on what you’re doing
Connecting with your soul purpose and doing what you were destined to do is not a job but a joy that you can do for the rest of your life. Finding that purpose determines where you are going and the joy with which you will travel. Helping the world become healthier via chiropractic care is mine which I am doing.
Thanks for asking.
Hello Kevin, thank you for being so generous. My dream job is to travel, travel, learn and travel.
All the best
Brett
Thank you Kevin, I also made my donation thru World Vision. Those poor people need our help so much. God Bless you and Thanks again.
I would like to open a home for unwed mothers to be in the mountains of colorado that would house and help them from the start of pregnancy to the delivery and beyond. To many unwed mothers to be face an incredible journey alone and I believe every child is a gift of God and needs to cared for as such. It is only through love, patience, kindness, giving and understanding that lives are improved, such as what you are doing for the children of Haiti. May God continue to richly bless you and all those involced.
Hallo Kevin,
well,
I enjoy taking photoes (I survive – quite good – in Caribeans as free lance photographer), I enjoy sailing (I skipper sailing boats for long time), I enjoy staying with my kids at the sea, I enjoy teaching people diving (specialy dificoult people, with stress,fears,..), if I can be payed well for doing this that will be great.
As I know that this is not easy possible,
I prefer to be taught about your Internet busines and
I have proposal for you:
You teach me to be succesfull marketer or how ever you want to call it,
and you are my guest as much as you want in my house on the island by the sea in Adriatic sea. Do not say you can pay resort holidays anywhere, by me, this is unforgetable adventure, for all, kids specialy.
And If I get answer from you I’ll sand you some photoes.
Actualy this is my chalenge to you.
I have time enough, and I realy want to “earn money from home”,
you sound honest and respectfull, and I can make it public, so people can know how I am doing. About Haiti kids, I’m sure they will apreciate your gift, I did mine here in Europe already.
I agree with everyone who wants more freedom in their lives, both time and money freedom. God bless us all.
I would continue doing what I am doing, helping people learn how to make better choices in their lives for health and wellness through chiropractic and keep learning how to do it better and serve more people.
Thank you for what you are doing to help the relief efforts in Haiti!
i love my job, i am nurse, i care for people, they are my passion. if i have the means, i will go to Haiti and serve the children, in particular.
I ‘ d like to teach people to love who they really are. ….
Thanks Kevin for your kind gesture.
I would want to be a ski instructor at the Swiss Alps!
Hi Kevin,
This is a very generous offer on your part. It says that those that give receive. The children of Haiti will thank you for your kindness. To your question? What I would do if I could do anything? I would love to be part of the group of people dedicated to reducing and abolishing the level of ignorance and lack of knowledge in our planet. By educating the population we would very probably be escaping our own demise in the future.
I would be flying as a bush pilot in planes capable of landing on roads or makeshift runways and beaches delivering necessary supplies into disaster areas like Haiti.
Hi Neno,
Thanks much for the offer.
I’d love to see some photos.
Kevin
Way to go Kevin!
I would absolutely love to have a PBS show about the Human Spirit!
Thanks to your work I am on the way to making it a reality.
Dane
I would be working in numerous countries helping people to build systems that provide electricity, clean water, sanitization, and small businesses that incorporate renewable and sustainable resources – solar electric power, uv water sterilization, composting toilets, micro-lending, etc.
To work with a small group of engineers, designers and craftsmen to invent, manufacture, and market new items to help improve human life.
I’ll be 70 this year and looking forward to retirement. Currently, I do some volunteer work at our local library and at a wilderness area near my home. My dream life (not job) is to do more of that as well as more reading, writing, hiking, and little theater.
Thank you for all you do, Kevin. And I don’t mean just the contribution to Haitian relief.
Thanks for nudging us on! If I could do anything that would provide massive value to others and get paid very well for doing so, it would be to teach that just about anything is healable with the right approach in all areas of life.
Hello Kevin, Thank you for making this happen, if just 5% of the U.S. population did what you are doing, the results would be HUGE. This truly is a very inspirational gesture.
If I had my choice of any job, it would be to be more successful doing what I am. I have been diligently trying to make it with my interenet marketing business.
IT IS A VERY GENEROUS THING YOU ARE DOING . I ADMIRE YOU AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR COMPASSION
author of screenplays, world adventurer, philanthropist
I would continue to work to help change the lives of other human beings and other life forms. Keep on the good work Kevin.
Thanks, Kevin, for providing another way for us to help. I should be writing more songs, recording, and doing more to promote my music.
Hi Kevin, “Thank you” for the effort you are putting in to help the people in Haiti and making it easy for others to donate. Our world is changing and we are slowly getting the message that “We are all one” shown by the immense flow of money and services to our brothers and sisters in need right now. This disaster has affected us all and the world is showing tremendous compassion. We are evolving to a place of “Peace on Earth”. Keep up the good work.
As for the question:
I would do internet marketing of a product or products that
help people master their lives. I spent a lot of years practicing
psychiatry and learned a lot. Now I haven shaken off the constraints
of the medical model and would like to REALLY make positive difference.
Stephen
Thank you for taking action. Most of us wish or have an idea but don’t take action, usually from lack of knowledge. We hit a wall that we don’t know how to get over and end up giving up.
I would love to spend my time on the internet (it’s global) offering others a way to “Truely” help themselves financially immetiately.
The majority of people that are looking at internet marketing as a way to help themselves can’t afford to even try the guaranteed money back systems available because they don’t have the money to begin with. Or when they can and do find it to risk it, they end up disappointed and further confused. When I become a successful internet marketer I plan to develope my own “product” that will really deliver a system for immediate financial
assistance for those that participate. Most people want to give and help others, but can’t when they really can’t even help themselves. Thanks for doing, not trying!
Hey Kevin, and everyone else.
I read some of Kevin’s posts, know that he is the real deal and could just not not post for this cause. Good on you Kevin.
If you could be doing anything you wanted to do (because you loved doing it), and you got compensated extremely well, what would you be doing?
Well, pretty much I am doing it. I grow wine grapes and make Pinot Noir wine, http://www.casacarneros.com, I grow orchids and help other people learn to grow them http://www.orchids-plus-more.com and I am a certified flower essence practitioner helping people and animals using flower, gem and environmental essences. The compensated extremely well part? That part is coming.
Thanks Kevin for letting me be part of your helping Haiti! Melissa
I would love to forget all concerns with money so that I could focus on creative writing and public speaking. I have at least 4 books in my head I need to get down on paper- some fun, some serious, and some for pure entertainment. My desire would be to help others break free of their own internal limits to find the courage to pursue THEIR dream life – not the life the feel others want for them. Of course I have to learn to do that myself before I can show others how, huh?
Continue to leverage the marketplace via small business to add value to people’s lives, and to share the love, mercy, and grace of God.
Kevin
My answer to your question is that I would continue doing what I am currently doing right now working from home in the mlm industry trying to educate and empower people to dream again also to help them excel in their lives again by flying with eagles and let the birds stay on the runway.
Alonso
Hi Kevin,
Your question is an inspiring one. If I could be doing any job I wanted, I who have spent more time reading than anything else in my life, well, it would be to help children and adults (separately) learn how to read (in English or French) and travel the world doing that. I’d also like to teach basic math to little kids.
Thanks,
Louise
Hi Kevin, This is an awesome thing you are doing for the people of Haiti. I have been contributing all over the place and am glad to see another way I can help here. As for my dream job, I already have it. I became a business owner in August of 09 and have been smiling ever since. I hope what we are doing here will help to put smiles on the faces of the people of Haiti. Blessings to you, Amy
Hey kevin
Hi Kevin, what you are doing is great!! I would love to set up a foundation for the homeless.
LaDorris
My passion love all I see, feel and do, personally that it’s a new beging, Out of sadness / death comes the many miracles and blessings for all. This will create many new positions for the wonderful people’s of a country that other’s never gave a thought about. For Haiti lots of people the growth and rebirth of the Nation .My passion Is the joy in the childrens eyes no matter where you go they are the innocent pure and divine . Send my love and Healing to the lost,Sick and Needy each DAY MAY YOU FIND that peace and laughter on this your journey here at this time . Love and light always Estelle Harder.
I would go around showing kids the importance of sports and building teamwork. This would show them that exercise and working together for a common goal can cure the problems of the world.
I’d love to be a restaurant critic, and only ever have to write raving reviews of terrific food. Thanks for doing this Kevin. For other ideas, I heard recently that Sport Chalet is doing a SHOE DRIVE to send scores of shoes to Haitian survivors. Suppose they need shoes for the children as much as any.
Kol H’Kvod….In hebrew it loosley means “I honor You” for what you’re doing. Really awesome.
I would help people find their passion or purpose in life and then teach them how to develop a platform using social media and internet marketing so that they can monetize it and live the life they dream of. Thanks for donating to help Haiti. God Bless!
Good on you Kevin. Keep up the good work.
Hello Kevin. You have a good heart. There are alot of people around this world that have a good heart; ones that are willing to give up the comforts of their own home and help those that desperately need it. My hats off to all of those that are at ground zero, giving 100% of themselves to help someone they have never met. What “job” would I want? I want to reform the government and judicial system as it pertains to the child abuse laws and the spousal abuse laws and the lack of funds. Did you know that every 10 seconds a report is filed on child abuse? Thats approx. 906,00o+ annually, yet less than half are investigated. I want to reform the system to help those that are in desperate need of support from our government. Lets’ get the proper funding to this department to have enough employees to their job the proper way.
I’d like getting up when sun wakes me up, writing travel articles and taking photos of beautiful moments. My family should be near. Being payed for this would be even better, since they could really always be close.
For now I am planning (urban development). Making this with heart and soul means doing good for many people at the same time, what I like too, so maybe I wouldn’t change a thing in my life
)
Go on with the good cause…
Way to help out kevin And let us feel like we are too. I would love to take people fishing.
Hi Kevin! Excellent idea! I would continue helping disabled people as I do now. I would love to be able to “pay forward” this with others to start a chain reaction effect. Thanks for helping the people of Haiti in there time of need.
Its nice that some people are donating. Our local each night gives us information as to where we can donate. They are concerned that there will be people trying to scam people. I(when asked to donate) usually what percentage actually goes to whatever they are asking money for. You’d be surprise at the answers. A strange way to make a living. I will be donating thru our local tv station. They usually have 3 4 different legal places we can either email/snail or credit card to do so. Thanks for your effort.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be part of your generosity. I’d love to rescue animals – large and small. The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee is one of my favorite rescue organizations. To help the world to learn to share the planet! I would also be an author of novels, screenplays, a painter, a dancer, a world traveler and philanthropist.
If I could have any job in the world, I would want to be a successful Voice Over Artist. I recently started this venture, but have not yet been very financially successful with it. I would love to be able to sustain my family and our needs and a few wants; and also be able to help others (like the Haitians) in need.
Thank you, Kevin, for your committment. If I could have any job I wanted it would be to teach meditation, showing people how they can let go of their attachemnts, anger and hatred and live in the present moment, accepting what life has to offer us in each moment and in this way creating peace. Love and compassion in our own hearts for every sentient being, needs to happen before anything in the world will change.
Thank you again.
I would love to be able to “pay forward” this with others to start a chain reaction effect. Thanks for helping the people of Haiti in there time of need.hope this helps them.
Thank you for your compassion Kevin. Even with everything that has gone on in this country over the last two years we are immensly blessed. The people of Hati need our compassion roght now, and it is encouraging to see American generosity continues in the face of adversity.
I would be helping people feel better by helping them walk through the solutions to their problems physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I would do it for the price od adherance to my council only. All they would have to do is return and report.
Kevin,
I am fortunate to work with teenagers that have learning disabilities.
It is very challenging and rewarding as well. Thank you for your generousity and commitment.
Great job Kevin. I would love to be able to travel the world with my two kids and teach them that the we share the planet with a lot of different people, with different ideals, religions and cultures. Not only would it be an eye-opener for them but it would be a heck of a lot of fun!
Hi Kevin – great question and cause. Well done! If I could do anything I would do what I am doing right now but on a bigger scale. I think my role is to enable small and medium sized business owners to adjust to the new business rules and thrive rather than feel squeezed and frustrated. Thank you for the voice!
Terrible catastrophe!!! Pity that poor people, now without a home. How fortunate
we are in CANADA, thank GOD.
Teach the wisdom of Kabbalah (the universal law of unity)
Thanks Kevin for your generosity. I would love to be involved in filmaking and photography
that could impact people’s lives as well as be able to help children find their creativity.
Hi Kevin,
Currently I am unemployed and have no income whatsoever. I’m living on my family’s hand outs. No money to start a business even. But if I could do anything, I’d be doing my oil painting at my leisure and photography while traveling. My most favorite hobbies. I love what you do Kevin and this is the only way I can contribute to Haiti.
Best to you.
I would love to have a job helping people get off prescription drugs and cure what ails them naturally. We are too dependent on the drug companies. They are killing us and making a mint doing it.
Well, to begin with, I’d just be grateful to be employed! But anything…probably race in Formula 1 or be a theoretical physicist. Cheers!
Hi Kevin,
If I had my way I would get involved with Interior Decorating, I just love it. When we built our house, 10 years ago, my husband let me have the reign with respect to the design of the home and the upgrades and decorating of the house. I did all of the drapes (sewed them) choose the fabric etc. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of doing it, it makes me feel very creative. I love fabric. I could spend hours in a shop when I need to find something I love. It is about time for me to start over again after 10 years, but people who visit say the decorating is timeless. It’s home to me!
Marilyn Broomer
Great idea, Kevin– thanks for creating the opportunity for us to participate and make a difference! Mister (Fred) Rogers said that when he was a boy, his mother told him whenever there was a tragedy, to “look for the helpers”–the people who were working to improve the situation and care for others. By giving him something positive and hopeful (rather than scary or resigned) to focus on, she also helped him to find a way of being that allowed him to make the world a more loving and gentle place. Thanks for doing the same!
)
Regarding “work”: I feel very blessed to be and do exactly what I want to be and do: I am a full-time at-home mom, unschooling with my wonderful 10 year old daughter, and a part-time Personal Development and Life Coach. Thanks again!
I think I would just devote myself to piano playing and go back to school to finish electrical engineering and work in that field
If I could have any job in the world it would have to be in Government, preferrably the head of Government. Its time for someone new to radically change the way this country is run and it is not going to happen whilst the same old faces keep banging their heads against each other, making promises that soon disappear upon being elected.
Hmmm, I guess it would either be playing guitar in a rock/metal band or a travel guide.
O jeito é a gente cuida da vida onde estiver, aqui ta feio também recessão asolando ainda…BRasil
Dear Kevin,
Let’s pray that this gets sent since it is for a great cause, I ‘ve been
told that if I get away from my router & modem that my iPhone might
work so To show how dedicated I am to your cause I am sending this
outside my house in one of our worst storms in history.
If I could do my dream job I would be a personal fashon stylist
for women to show them how to make them their most beautiful
on the outside by wearing the right fashon that flatters them, style
wise color wise and how to accesserorise, and as I got to know
them I would be praying for God’s guidence on how to bring out
their biggest asset, their inner beauty which would be their final
glow, the best accessory. And of course if I had success at this
I would love to donate all that I could and always donate to the
constant needs around the world. I especially get very moved
by all children in need and love being a part of helping them with
whatever I can. There is nothing more rewarding than the bright
smile of a child or there laugh, or one of their precious hugs.
God bless you Kevin and I join you along with everyone in
praying for everyone in Haiti. Kim
I’d be a rock star, too!
If I could do anything in the world, it would be a stay at home mom. I would catch up at home with my family and give service to others on a regular basis. I would do humanitarian work for those less fortunate.

Thank you Kevin for what you are doing. I donate thru my church because 100% of what I give goes to where I earmark it to go. If money was no object and I could do just what I would love doing I would be a full time missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I love teaching people about the purpose of life and about our potential to become joint heirs with Jesus Christ and partakers of ALL that Our Father in Heaven Has. We are all brothers and sisters and children of our Heavenly Parents and it makes my heart feel full of love when I see people like you that is trying to help others that are in need. Thank you again Kevin and God Bless you and yours. Paul
Hi Kevin,
Thanks for the offer of a donation.
I would take people for bicycle tours of my city and the surrounding countryside.
If I could do anything I would train young people to be leaders
I would love to teach and make learning enjoyable and fun.
I would be the best PTO super mom ever. I would love to solely focus on my kids & husband. My house would be so organized and always clean with dinner on the table every night at the same time (not at 9pm).
Kevin,
Thanks for doing this… I so admire your generosity and focus!
You know what I would do if I could do anything to support my family: I would do what I have already begun to do, speaking and consulting with leaders and businesses helping them deliver the very best products, services, and leadership to those they serve.
Blessings to you, my friend!
ssh
Hey, great idea Kevin,,,,,,my best job ever, when I succeed, will be travelling the world helping people live their best lives ever,,, doing what they love,,,most people are not living their best lives because they lack the funds to live their desired happy, healthy, wealthy life styles,,,money money money, it takes money to survive and most are just barely surviving, so my biggest desire is to get to the top of the mountain, then reach down and help others to the top and start living our dreams, as we should be, sharing all the love, happiness and goodness that life has to offer, living our abundant lives that we were meant to live,,,Cheerio and to Our Success,,,
be aware, Kevin, the Unicef has really bad publicity, make sure you do your research as to where the money goes when you donate, blessings from T
I would form a non profit for single moms – offering tools and resources for them to become empowered for a life filled with love, happiness, good health and abundance. For their education – helping them to discover their talents, their brilliance – what they are good at – so that they can create a legacy for themselves and their family. This non profit will teach them real life skills for balanced living – financial, how to see opportunities that are there for them to have multiple streams of income. How to earn it, manage it and grow it. Resources – that will show them how to be proactive about their health. Tools – for their mental, emotional and spiritual health.
I would like to find a business that would help me financially in my life since I am about to lose my house. I do have a job from 8:00 to 5:00 but that only helps me to live from pay check to pay check. My ideal life’s work would be…to help out other people that are dying with cancer…I would like to Find a cure for cancer and other illnesses and educate people on how to prevent getting sick.
Hi Kevin
I would be a sculptor, and I would give away as much money as I could to help others…
The only job I wish to have at this time in my life is to work at home on the internet, just like you Kevin. I would like to be able to commit a number of hours to my business, and have the rest of the day to do whatever I please. I am a church-going person, so I would love to be able to spend more time at church activities, and travel to other countries to attend seminars, retreats, visit the Holy Land, etc.
I would like to be in a position to help the people of Haiti better than what I have done already.(On Sunday my church received a donation from all our members to send to Haiti.) Only wish I could have given more to them.
I pray for them.
KEVIN I HAVE HAD THIS IDEA FOR MORE THEN 30 YEARS. IF THE GOVERMENT WOULD PAY MEN AND WOMEN TO BE STERILIZED. SO THEY WOULD HAVE NO MORE UNWANTED CHILDREN. THIS WOULD BENIFET EVERYONE. THERE WOULD NOT BE AS MANY UNWANTED CHILDREN, IT WOULD NOT COST UNTOLD TAX DOLLARS TO RAISE THE UNWANTED CHILDREN. THE PEOPLE WOULD BE FREE TO DO WHAT EVER THEY WANTED WITH OUT BRINGING UNWANTED LIFE INTO THE WORLD. THIS PROGRAM WOULD BE AVAILABLE TO ALL PEOPLE OF CHILD BEARING AGE, WITH NO REGARD TO RACE, INCOME OR ANYTHING ELSE. THE AMOUNT OF MONEY PAID WOULD DEPEND ON THE RESPONSE TO THE PROGRAM PAYING MORE IF THE RESPONSE WAS NOT GREAT ENOUGH.
Kevin, God willing,i would like to travel to third world countrys and teach and train people to help them selves to improve there living situation.
PS iam a General Contractor, ( Plumbing, Electical, Building
The job i wished to have in the whole world would be a nurse so I can help people as I have a big heart. I would also like to be able to help the haiti people but my income is very minimal. I would also like to work online with you guys but I don’t have the extra cash to spend on getting started unless you guys are will to start me off and then take off the pay checks kevin would you be willing to do so. Thanks so much as I can’t work for the time being as I have a really bad back so only way to make extra cash is to try and get a job online .
If I could do any thing that I wanted for as long as I wanted my first and formost desire
would be to do some kind of customer service oriented work where the results were appreciated either becuase of the end results or the effort that was put into the project.
I would want the projects to be varied and to be a mixture of different types of end results needed or desired.
I would love to travel the world helping orphaned children – like those in Haiti. I would also like to have an internet business that focuses on Health and Spirituality. Thank you Kevin for your inspirational example of generosity and giving..
I would have my own business again., and a fun rewarding thing would be to be a voice for those who dont have a voice ,to be legs for those who cant walk, and to be a guide for those who feel lost.
I would be building and testing space ship after space ship to send out and explore our solar system and our galaxy. We have to do more exploration or we’ll end up killing ourselves with our selfishness. We need to learn that it isn’t all about me, it is not all about us.
Most likely would travel the world , help the unfortunate to make money online, so
there are able to stand on their own feet.
If I could do anything, I would first be my daughter’s manager… she’s a singer/songwriter on the brink of achieving success. Second, I would work with children in underserved communities… in a direct service position. Unfortunately my student loans require that I work at a VP level to earn enough to pay bills and the loan payments. It’s not what I love though
Continue doing what I am doing but be able to do pro bono work for those in need.
Hello Kevin,
Great idea. It’s my ambition to one day to have a foundation here in Alaska to provide aid and asssistance to the homeless and veterans groups. Hopefully I’ll succeed. I wish you success with you efforts toward the Haitian tragedy.
Dear God, make us an instrument of thy love
Nice work, Kevin! I would restore beautiful old buildings around the world…turn some of them into hotels…and operate a therapy horseback riding center…and design jewelry…and train dogs…and…
hey Kevin, kudos to you once again- way to get involved! And thank you for prodding the rest of us to take some action as well…
as for my dream job, I would do writing full time!
Keep up your great work- other Kevin
Great idea Kevin! wow!
i would love to have my own office and become a full time healer. especially with adolescents. matter of fact, think i’m gonna put some more ‘intention’ on this right away!
I’d like to earn a PhD in math and teach junior college. As for Haiti, when I see the response to their need, my hope for the future of mankind is renewed.
My ideal job would be writing film scores. Keep up the good work, Kevin!
This is a terrible tragedy for the people of Haiti and the world. Good job Kevin.
Way to go Kevin keep up the good work
My heart is filled with compassion for the suffering, pain and mental agony of the people in Haiti. I am sending love and prayers filled with healing energy. My perfect job would be as a life coach
First off, thank you Kevin for all your hard work and dedication and making a difference in everyone’s lives you touch! If I had a chance to do what I wanted to, I would be the FIRST person to be both a professional hockey player and a professional basketball player. I would donate to many charities and help people in need!
My other dream is to be the 2nd coming of Matt Furey….lol!
I commend you for your generosity Kevin and I’m glad to share a bit of my dreams…
I have big dreams and one of them is to be able to put up a school in my home country (which is a third world country) and help out kids who cannot afford to go to the university but otherwise have the talent and fortitude to excel and be a valuable member of our society. I specifically want to teach them principles like financial freedom (not to feel guilty about making lots of money but rather be morally responsible to make lots of it so they will have the capability to help other people) and teach them how to earn money with small capital (like building virtual real estates – informational sites). While I am teaching them, they can practice what they are learning by building my virtual real estate for me. They learn, I earn, so I can continue on paying for the expense of their learning. I help them, they help me. That would be a beautiful world, wouldn’t it?
Cheers! and more power to you!
Thank you for what you are doing. It is truly inspirational!
Kevin!!
Haiti love you!!
We love you!!
Simply Awesome!!
For Haiti!
The first time anyone ever asked me this question I was 38 years old. I am so glad you are asking it now. I would dedicate all of my time to breaking the cycle of abuse of children. I would focus on children and young adults. I want every child to go to sleep feeling loved every single day of their lives. I am working on putting my income on auto so I can do this shortly.
I just want to make people happy
Hi,
Let us share, even if it is only spiritually. Every morning and evening for 7 days include a line prayer for those in Haity in your prayers. God almighty, console those in HAITI for they have lost so much that they may be distracted by the overwhelming scenario. Let the world be generous and assist the Haitians especilly the children, for they are the future. Amen.
Gerry
I would travel the world with my children and take them to significant places in history, to teach them of the importance of freedom and how to preserve it. I’d want to help them learn to appreciate what they have, teach them to serve others, to be involved, to make a difference…
If I could work at whatever I wanted to work at, I would help people learn to live healthy and rid the world of diaease.
Haiti, the world knows and cares …..god bless Haiti and their children…
Helping people heal is my goal. Thank you for this opportunity to give the goal a voice and thank you also for giving me the opportunity to help extend your generosity. Your example is an inspiration.
Help the people of Haiti!
To Haiti – all our prayers and condolences.May God hold you in the palm of His hand and grant you the peace that passes all understanding.
Jobwise – I would like to be able to provide a kibbutz-like environment in South Africa (and others later) where persons who have a hard time in life – street kids, down and outs who need a hand-up, older persons etc could have somewhere to live and at the same time be involved in building up the facility (also learning new skills for future use when / should they decide to leave). Food production for own use (excess sold), training, school for the kids, family-environment for orphaned kids and hurt persons. All caring for the elderly. Have to work, no handouts, as everyone needs their pride. Big dream….
Thank you for your email inviting us to comment on Haiti.
The job I would love to do is create Peace in every Man Woman Child in the World.
So that the world and all its inhabitants would think, feel, act, from the space of peace.
From that space of profound deep inner peace, the world would be a great place to live.
The EARTH would respond by being Peaceful. The Animals would be peaceful. We would communicate Peace and share that with this Planet and all it has to offer.
Hey Kevin
Thanks for the ‘Will Smith’ video. Inspiring!! To Deb, why not turn it into an e-book, set up a website and sell it online? To all those potential life coaches out there, go for it, the World needs you!!!
Kevin, this is my second comment, hope that’s ok and you’ll give them another $5. Thank you
Great idea to give 5$ for every comment left on your blog… thank you for it. I feel lots of compassion for all the haitian people. However, I have a question : what happened to all the million dollars (or €uros) sent for the tsumami some years ago. We never heard of the money being redistributed or used. Yes A FEW things have been done, but VERY far from what has been given…. If it had been possible, I would have gone to help with my hands….. Still, sending good thoughts will make a difference .
The Best job in the World for me would to have the funds to eradicate Starvation,Poverty and homelessness on Planet Earth. There is enough Money here, now, to make every man woman and child a Millionaire, but 95% of it is held by 5% of the people and they don’t want to share it with anyone.
It is estimated that it would take approximately $50 Billion to fix Africa’s problems and that’s a fraction of they bailed out the banks with,Obama has just requested $768 Billion for illegal WARS……………Has the World gone mad??????
Love and Light is what is needed, we are all one,and it’s about time we all realised it

I would be teaching people responsible independance. Independance in employment and responsible entrepreneurship. Independance in alternative energy and energy conservation and a greater environmental awareness. These are skills and values that allow you to be the master of your own destiny and at the same time promote selfrespect, respect for your fellow man, and respect for the environment we all share.
If I could do any job in the world, I think I would find something that would help my fellow Americans to realize what they have in this great country of ours. So that they may be better able to protect their families and friends from terrible things like what is going on in Haiti. I would hope to prepare them for any disaster both natural or economic.
I’d be a full-time emergency animal rescuer… it’s my passion in life! Thanks for helping ALL the needy and homeless in Haiti!
Thanks, Kevin for helping the people of Haiti by giving money. If I could do anything I wanted I would try to help all the homeless dogs & cats by providing funds to build shelters & to educate people on how to spay & neuter their pets.
This is the third time I am trying to write this post. I keep hitting some button that deletes all that I write just before Im finished. Man it is a pain in the butt. Like that is something to complain about hun? You think we could find someone in Haiti to trade places with me. In a world of email, cell phones, flat screens, medical breakthroughs, gas stations full of gas, stores full of food, we are so lucky we forget sometimes how good we have it. We can go to sleep at night knowing that there are people who dont know us but will die for us so we can be protected, and go about our daily lives.
See my 1st name? When that Hurricane was heading for us I called a few important people to say how I would see them in Heaven for I thought it was my final call. I am a Captain on the New Orleans Fire Dept. over 35 years still on duty, and I know what death throughout a whole city smells like, looks like , and fears like. I know cause of Katrina, and years and years of stressfull calls to try and save others. Do we ever learn? It just dont seem so. They need to rebuild away from the fault line. We need to build higher levees, but of course its just too much money. It is good to see a 1st responder of love such as yourself in these trying times. God bless you and you family, you are the right kind of man to those who would simply take a look. I fear we have not seen the worst the world will offer us. With all my hope, prayers, love, and willpower to keep moving forward I say to you “THANKS FOR YOUR TIME AND ATTENTION IN THIS HELPING OF OTHERS IN NEED”
Hey Kevin:
I would use my entrepreneurial spirit to create different income streams and then use the profits and experience to help others do the same.
God bless those poor folks in Haiti. Thanks for doing what you’re doing Kevin.
My job would be traveling the world and advising others where and where not to go, do, eat, etc.
Hi Kevin!
If I could do anything, ANYTHING–my husband and I would have a huge cattle ranch that raised natural beef, and raise and train quarter horses. I would homeschool my kids, make my woodcrafts and teach my children to be creative and dream big. We would offer therapeutic riding classes to those with disabilites and I would let my children help so that they could learn compassion and see how fortunate we are to be making a difference. We would have a bigger garden and be more self-sufficient. And most importantly always remember to put God first.
Thanks for what you are doing to help the people in Haiti!
Kevin,
This is a great idea to understand different ways of support!
We are looking to connect with someone in Haiti towards increasing the access to more electricity for relief workers, homes and businesses.
For the next (20) years I want to build the awareness of solar energy, communicating its benefits to people ages 9 – 34 and provide electricity to school districts across the country at costs lower than what they are currently paying. The freedom it will give and the possibilities created for the next two generations to control the expenditures in their home and their businesses will transform the financial landscape of this country.
We should look into writing an ebook for school districts, colleges and universities on controlling their future energy costs then donate the proceeds to Boys and Girls Clubs of America or some charity.
It is so sad to see the destruction in that country. So happy you are contributing and trying to make a difference. I am learning laws of abundance and am using this education to share with others – and help them realize they too can have abundance and be all they want to be. I am pursing my dreams. In the not too distant future I will have a charity completely centered around helping troubled teens.
Great idea Kevin. I am doing exactly what I want at this time; shifting my source of income with your great assistance!
Hey Kevin! We are so blessed living in America. Opportunity abounds to no limit! My dream is to live a life free from the “have to’s” and be able to help people change their lives for the better both physically and spiritually. It’s not really about having lots of “stuff,” but in recognizing what’s truly important in the people around us.
Kevin, this is wonderful that you are helping the people of Haiti in this way. I’m a retired Registered Nurse and have spent my entire life helping people–from “helping” my grandparents as they ministered to people in many ways, to being the family house cleaner from the age of 7,to inviting kids to church as a child & teenager and walking or takingthe bus across town to go with them, to inner-city projects & helping out on Navajo & Hopi reservations while in HS & college, to going above & beyond in all the nursing jobs I’ve ever had, to teaching almost every course the Red Cross offers & developing a couple of new courses locally, to volunteering at the VA Hospital & many Red Cross events & disaster assignments, to teaching Sunday School and Vacation Bible School, to serving 2 years as nurse, “doctor,” “pharmacist,”–you name it–in the jungle of Peru, to raising 3 wonderful children and often being a substitute mom to their friends when they were little, to volunteer work at all the schools they have attended, to providing a “home away from home” for high school students from all over the world attending a Christian boarding school in our town and a home & meals for their parents, traveling missionaries, etc. I have spent the last several years losing money to unscrupulous people on the Internet before finding you now that it’s too late & our money is gone. If I had the money, I would certainly sign up for your mentoring program because I believe you are the “REAL THING.”
If I could have any job I want and get paid for it I would be in some business that transforms economy from “maximizing profits” to “maximizing wellbeing for all” and help reducing the conflict between nature and humans by promoting sustainable energy technology and sustainable living habits. I really hope that they start to rebuild Haiti in a reasonable way, i.e. wood houses and low story buildings. The big mess is, again, caused through poorly built concrete houses, it’s annoying. I hope there are people who think now clearly and direct the rebuilding aid funds into a better direction.
I find your initiative quite surprising. Some day I want to have enough money to do something similar, although of course I wish !!!! that there are not going to be any Earth quakes in the future any more.
kEVIN,
GOD BLESS YOUR GENEROSITY!! The job I’d most like to have (if I could) would be to create new groups of trainers to teach folks in poor, backward countries to live better.
I’d gather teachers, farmers, engineers, cooks, scientists, etc. These folks would have jobs teaching people how to go about life in the best way possible in their own countries.
If I had the money to do so, these folks would be living good lives, themselves, and travel to different counties to assist others and gain more experiences; thus improving their own lives. We’d teach folks to make things to improve their standards of living and create jobs in their countries. God Bless the Haitian people & those that are helping them!
OH, I forgot. My husband & I are currently working in our church’s Hispanic project, right now primarily helping with after-school tutoring & mentoring of elementary students referred to us by their teachers at one of the local schools. My dream is to somehow make enough money that I can freely give to anyone who is truly in need (such as the people of Haiti right now), give freely to church, missions and a long list I have of worthy missionaries and mission and charitable organizations, and be able to travel at least once a year to Alaska to visit our son & his family, do other traveling with my family to see the world & help people where ever I go. Whenever I see a service man or woman in uniform, I would like to be able to give him/her/them enough money anonymously to buy a fantastic meal. As it is, all I can do is non-anonymously go up to them & say “Thank you for serving our country.”
Hi Kevin,
My dream job would be to play music with people in different countries….having enough cash to travel around…and raise money for worthwhile causes.
One of my businesses is my dream job or occupation, I own a business that creates work, for those less fortunate. I am quite proud, to be able to help those in need.
My dream job is to be doing what I already do. I have been practicing chiropractic for over 20 yrs and find people are so greatful to learn how to take care of their bodies in a natural wholistic manner.
Haiti is going to need an enormous amount of help from the bottom up and from the top down. What you are doing is a noble endeavor. A few million of people like you and Haiti could start getting back on its feet. Our church has a mission there and we have heard nothing from them so far, so our collection to help them is just wait, pray and hope.
Hi Kevin,
You are doing what you love and do best and that is helping others. I have donated to Haiti through my church. I have enjoyed best being a wife, a mother and grandmother. I have had several careers and now with your help I would like to embark on being an entrepreneur, helping people who wish to build or remodel their home. Hopeing to enjoy traveling and seeing the world.
I would do something that would take me on travels to wonderful places, to do something that I felt great about(helping people somehow) spending lots of time in the sun!!! Think about it????
I would like to teach respect and acceptance of one another. Somehow we need to get along and allow everyone to “do their own thing”.
I want to teach the world to be financially literate so that people can rid themselves of the burden of debt, doubt in themselves, and despair over never getting ahead.
thank jou for the good thin jour doing kevin jack
If I could live my dream, I would dedicate the rest of my life to helping those in need. I would provide food for the hungry, clothes for the poor, love for the forgotten. I would bring people together with spmilar causes and goals to enable a greater impact. I would provide temporary grants/loans to those who are trying to get on their feet again. Simolly put, I would be God’s vessel on this earth to reach His children.
A prayer For Haiti passed on to me by my sister:
Heavenly Father,
I just want to say THANK YOU, because this morning I woke up and knew where my children were…
because this morning my home was still standing,
because this morning I am not crying because my husband, my child, my brother or sister needs to be buried out from underneath a pile of concrete,
because this morning I was able to drink a glass of water,
because this morning I was able to turn on the light,
because this morning I was able to take a shower,
because this morning I was not planning a funeral, but most of all I thank you this morning
because I still have life and a voice to cry out for the people of Haiti.
Lord I cry out to you, the one that makes the impossible, possible, the one that turns darkness in to light,
I cry out that you give those mothers strength,
that you give them peace that surpasses all understanding,
that you may open the streets so that help can come,
that you may provide doctors, nurses, food, water, and all that they need in a blink of an eye.
For all those that have lost family members, give them peace, give them hope, give them courage to continue to go
on!
Protect the children and shield them with your power..
I pray all this in the name of Jesus!!!
AMEN.
We here are truly blessed!!!!!
I would go where ever God leads me, if I were to get a job. Good job Kevin.
Hai Kevin,
The Almighty is great and no body can question his ability for he is the creator and controller of all and in him everything is possible. Together let us pray to him to strengthen & confort the victims & plans to help them in one way or the other.
Praise be his name.
This is quite interesting. Thank you for the opportunity. I have an average education but I have to work for someone else to make a living. I am surrounded by so many people struggling to make ends meet for their families. I would like to help these families. Not to give them money but to show or teach them a better way to live comfortably because they are willing to work for what they want. If I had the answer for myself, I would be willing to show others. To see them happy as well would be enough reward for me.
It is our duty to assist those who lack and we have more.
Be generous.
If I could I would volunteer to spend some time conforting those who are sufering emotionally or otherwise.
your heart is in the right spot Kevin. Now let’s get to that $ 2,000.00 sap.
