Daddy’s Little Helper

Brock is 21 months old now, as of last week.

And I’ve got to say, he’s becoming quite the little helper around the house.

He’ll help mom with the laundry, pick up his toys when you ask, and he even helps unload the dishwasher.

If you saw the video I shared with you awhile back, you also know that he loves to come into my home office.

I’ve all but given up on trying to keep him out, though I do bungee strap the french doors on occasion, in an effort to at least slow him down if I’m on a phone consultation or something.

The video above shows Brock and his cousin Mason, not being so helpful.

Instead, they’re in the office – having fun, and creating a little havoc.

When I talk about these kind of goings on in my home, some people wonder how I deal with it.

And the truth is, I deal with it pretty much as I did in the video above.

I stop what I’m doing, acknowledge that Brock is in the room, and give him the attention he wants.

Now…

Depending on what I’m doing at the moment, I may only be able to give him a short amount of time, but I try to never ignore him.

Some folks would say that I’m not very professional.

They’d say I have a business to run, and I shouldn’t allow Brock in the office while I’m working.

But the fact is, Brock (and the rest of my family) are the reason why I do what I do in the first place.

They’re my motivation.

They’re why I get out of bed each day.

And to me, that’s what life is all about.

Thankfully I’ve got the perfect business, that fits perfectly into the kind of lifestyle that I want to live.

If you too would like to have a lifestyle-business like mine, then you’re certainly in the right place.

For the last several days, I’ve been alluding to something big coming your way very soon.

And trust me, it’s gonna be BIG.

So stay tuned.

I’ll be making the announcement soon.

Dedicated to your success,

Kevin, Thanks for sharing your video. It is fun to see inside the real lives of work at home parents.

I also have 2-3 (one is in Kindergarten) helpers that keep my days interesting to say the least. They are my daily sunshine and inspiration to work hard on my business!

Always appreciate the little things because one day you will wake up and realize they were the big things! ~Author Unknown

It’s great to know that you take time out for this little distractions. After all, he is one of the reasons why you are doing what you’re doing, isn’t it? Great video! Thanks for the lesson shared.
