720p streamthe hher resolution you want to stream in, the more it will demand in bitrate (how much data you upload per second) and your encoding. for example, if you use CPU encodingIt looks like I'm streaming in 720p rather than 1080p. It's watchable but certainly doesn't look clear and crisp. I noticed it's worse with a game I'm streaming called DNF Duel.
